Lock tokenson Arc,thenSee how it worksunlock on schedule.
Arc Lock holds ERC-20 tokens in a non-custodial contract on Arc and releases them on the schedule you set. Vest a team allocation, lock liquidity or stream USDC salaries, with gas paid in USDC.
Vest, lock or stream any token, down to the second.
How it works
Three steps from tokens in your wallet to a schedule nobody can break.
Connect a wallet on Arc
Any browser wallet works. We switch it to Arc before anything is signed. Gas is paid in USDC, so you need a little of it in the wallet you sign with.
Set the schedule
Pick the token, the amount and the recipient. Add a cliff, choose how often tokens unlock and whether the lock can be canceled. One approval and one transaction create it.
Recipients claim as it unlocks
Tokens sit in the contract and become claimable on schedule. The recipient claims whenever they want, and anyone can check the lock on the Arc explorer.
One contract, 4 ways to lock
Every type runs on the same schedule contract. Pick what you need, the flow is the same.
- Token vestingCliff, then a linear unlock by the minute, day or month.
- Token lockEverything stays locked until one date, then unlocks at once.
- Payment streamPay salaries or grants in USDC, released every second.
- Vested airdropSend to many wallets in one go, each on the same schedule.
Questions
The short answers about locking tokens on Arc.
What does it cost?+
Gas, and nothing else. There is no protocol fee today. Arc charges gas in USDC rather than a volatile token, so each create or claim costs a predictable fraction of a dollar, and any fee we ever add is shown on the page before you sign.
Which tokens can I lock?+
Any standard ERC-20 on Arc, including USDC and LP tokens. Fee-on-transfer and rebasing tokens are not supported, because the amount that arrives would not match the schedule.
Who holds the tokens while they are locked?+
The lock contract, not us. There is no admin key that can move locked tokens. Only the recipient can claim, and only what has unlocked so far.
Can a lock be canceled?+
Only if the creator made it cancelable when creating it. Canceling returns the tokens that have not unlocked yet to the creator. Anything already unlocked stays claimable by the recipient.
Is it live on mainnet?+
Yes. Arc Lock runs on Arc mainnet, chain 5042. Every lock is a real transaction you can check on the explorer.
Do I need an account?+
No. Your wallet is your account. Creating, claiming and canceling are all transactions you sign, and every lock is visible on the Arc explorer.
Your tokens, on schedule.
Arc Lock takes one transaction to lock and one to claim.
